Appointments

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you.

When you schedule your appointment with O.niks spa , you are agreeing to ALL these policies.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. I recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the spa so that I can be sure to accommodate your schedule. A credit card is required on file for all future services in order to reserve an appointment time. By placing your credit card on file with O.niks spa, you are agreeing that your card will be charged immediately for any and all fees associated with booking an appointment. This includes, but is not limited to: fees for services, cancellations, no shows, refusal of booked services at time of appointment, and retail products.

Cancellations:

Should you need to reschedule or cancel appointments, please notify me 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the price of the services reserved. For a ‘no show’, your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services and you will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you schedule multiple services and cancel/reschedule any of them without the 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of canceled services.

Late arrival policy: I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time. Client will be marked as a No Show if they have arrived 15 mins after their scheduled appointment.

Must be 18 years of age or older: I require anyone under the age of 18 to have a parent or legal guardian present in the room and to sign a consent form for ANY and ALL services performed. A photo ID may be required at time of service to confirm age.

Children/kids/spouses/friends: This office is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is NOT appropriate for children and is a potential liability risk. Although I love children, PLEASE DO NOT bring them with you, as they will not be allowed in the treatment room. A client that is scheduled for a service that arrives with children will be asked to reschedule and will considered a cancelation. To provide optimal services, only the client and esthetician are allowed in the treatment room during the appointment.

Payment policy: We accept cash and credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.

Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates MUST be mentioned when making appointments and present at time of service. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. If you fail to cancel/reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour window the 50% cancelation fee will be deducted from the value of your gift certificate. If you no-show for your appointment the amount of your certificate will be voided.

Discounts and promotions: Specials cannot be used in combination with any other offers or promotions.

Payment policy: I accept Cash, Debit and Credit cards. No personal checks will be accepted.All services must be paid in full at the time of visit. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Other tips for your visit:
  • Please do not bring valuables with you; I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere in the space. I ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.
  • No pets are allowed in the salon.
